Fighter Box Office Estimate Day 4: Collects Rs. 29 crores on Sunday; four-day weekend nets Rs. 122 crores

Hrithik Roshan's Fighter has recorded a good trend in its opening weekend as the film is closing its 4-day run with collections of Rs. 122 crores. The film opened at Rs. 24.60 crores on Thursday and jumped to Rs. 41 crores on Friday, with a steady total of Rs. 27.60 crores on Saturday and finally, a Rs. 29 crore number on Sunday.

The film is performing well in the urban centers; however, the issue is with mass belts as the numbers are not up to the mark in single screens and non-national areas. The four-day total is still very good and it's on the film to show some legs on the weekdays to hit the Rs. 155 crore mark by the end of its opening week.

Being a multiplex film, the business will continue to see a spike through the weekends as every Saturday will see massive jumps to push the film into the Rs. 200 crore club. It will emerge as the second-biggest grosser for Hrithik Roshan, and that's a good place for him to be in.

Fighter is also expected to keep the success streak of Hrithik and Siddharth intact, though we will be able to say this with confidence once the film holds well on Monday. The four-day business is good, but it's only half the battle won so far.
